Reformer Pilates

A Reformer, designed by Joseph Pilates, is a full-body workout apparatus. Exercises can be done lying down, kneeling, seated, or standing, using springs and pulleys to support and strengthen the body. Each class balances strength, mobility, stretch, and control.

Tower Classes

The Tower uses spring tension to enhance your matwork. This upright frame combines springs and bars to both support your body and add challenge. It’s a versatile piece of equipment that helps you discover movements you didn’t realise your body could do. The Tower elevates your matwork, building strength, control, and confidence.


Starting Session:

Before joining the group classes, all clients will have a 30 minute starting session. These classes welcome you to the studio, they Introduce you to the equipment and give you the basics needed for a group class. 

Pilates Circuit

A circuit-style class using a range of Pilates equipment. You’ll move through guided exercises at each station, combining strength, mobility, cardio, and lengthening while experiencing Joseph Pilates’ machines.

Cardio Tramp

A trampoline at the end of the reformer bed. A class that is fun, and energising which combines traditional reformer with jumping, whilst being kind to your joints. These exercises add a different element, a cardiovascular workout. Great for fat burning and for heart health.
