INTRODUCING KLM PILATES
As a qualified Stott Pilates Instructor since 2010, I have been working with clients for over 10 years. I am fully certified in Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels and I help clients to be pain free and to reach fitness goals. I am also trained in pre and post natal matwork and breast cancer rehab.
My classes are relaxed yet energising and I create a fun environment to achieve your fitness goals, whether its in a group class or in a private lesson.


ABOUT KLM PILATES
As well as teaching group classes at local studios in the area, I also have my own Reformer studio at home, where I offer private sessions. Most recently, I am also offering a few zoom classes too.
I have been practising pilates for 16 years and teaching since 2010 and really do believe in it. I trained as a dancer and musical theatre performer and it was my ballet training that first introduced me to pilates, and I have loved it ever since.
After teaching at some prestigious studios all over London, including OneKX (Stott Pilates' training Centre), I am now based in Chalkwell, Essex. As of September 2017, Ive been busy teaching private and group classes all around Leigh on Sea.
SERVICES I PROVIDE

MATWORK PILATES
I teach matwork Pilates at studios in the local area. I’m part of the team at the beautiful studio The Movement Base and also at the gorgeous Shambhala Studio (both Leigh on Sea). You may also see my name pop up for cover at other studios in the area.
REFORMER PILATES
I teach group Reformer classes at The Movement Base, Leigh Road.I also teach private Matwork and Reformer Tower classes in my home studio. Classes can include the Stability Chair and also a Cardio Tramp so there are lots of variety to the exercises I teach. I am also available for matwork lessons at your own home, in which I bring everything you need.


POST NATAL PILATES
Post Natal Pilates really does have so many benefits. From strengthening muscle connections that were lost during pregnancy to re- educating posture due to changes in the body.
Post-natally for me, just being able to think about my body and fully breathe in a class (or for 5 minutes) was so important. At the moment, I am offering this class on zoom and also you can receive a recording of the class to do in your own time.

Most recently, I have been offering and teaching classes over Zoom - the new normal from 2020!
